Three mini PCs in a k3s Kubernetes cluster plus a virtualisation host: ingress with Traefik and automatic certificates, exposure through a Cloudflare Tunnel, a Tailscale private network, filtering DNS, a password manager, photo and media archive, Prometheus monitoring with push alerts, nightly backups and clean shutdown on UPS. All of it versioned as manifests.
